I have spoken with Rob Thomas about “Outsourcing Marketing Automation” and the fact that businesses spend a lot of time choosing “the right software” for Marketing Automation and not enough time planning, developing content and creating campaigns. He has provided some suggestions on how a company should go about selecting an outsourcing partner to work with for their Marketing Automation initiative. He highlighted that when a company is thinking about marketing automation, it’s important to get all stockholders involved (like sales, marketing, customer service) in the process.
